| 摘要: | Combiningtheadvantagesofphotonsieves(PSs)andcompoundFresnelzoneplates(CZPs),wedesignedcompound photonsieves(CPSs)forhard-x-raynanofocusing.ACPSconsistsofaninnerPSusingthefirst-orderdiffractionsur- roundedbyanouterzoneplateusingthethird-orderdiffraction.Arobustdigitalprolatespheroidalwindowwasused asanapodizationwindowfortheinnerPS,makingCPSsmoreflexiblethanCZPs.CPSscanprovidenotonlyslightly betterresolutioncomparedtoCZPs,butalsoitcansignificantlysuppressthesidelobes,leadingtoahighsignal-to- noiseratio.Furtherimprovementofthehigh-aspect-ratiometalnanostructureprocesswillallowCPSstobeapro- misingcandidateforhard-x-raynanofocusinginthehigh-energyregionabove 20 keV. |
