| 摘要: | Weextendtheworkofphotonsievestospiralphotonsieves(SPSs)forthegenerationofahard-x-rayvortex.Arobust digitalprolatespheroidalwindow,whichhasanoptimalenergyconcentrationatlowfrequencies,wasusedtoad- justthenumberofpinholesoneachringoftheSPS.ItwasdemonstratedthatanSPShasbetterspatialresolutionand lowerbackgroundthanaspiralzoneplateusingthespecifiedsmalleststructurescondition.Theintensityatthe centerofthedarkcoreisdifficulttodamptotruezero,primarilyowingtocurrentlimitationsofhigh-aspect-ratio metalnanostructures.Thediameterofthedarkcoreincreasesasthechargevalueincreases.However,theFWHMof thedoughnut-shapedringandbackgroundwillalsoincrease.Ourresultspavethewaytowardthedesignofhigh- performanceSPSsforthegenerationofahard-x-rayvortex |
